This role is an exceptional opportunity for a recent residency graduate or early-career physician looking to build a strong clinical foundation within a supportive integrated and team-based environment.

The Role & Clinical Focus

You will be a core member of an interdisciplinary team delivering 100% outpatient care. Our model moves beyond traditional primary care by integrating gynecology mental health and medical aesthetics into specialized patient-centric care plans.

• Schedule: 40-hour work week with dedicated clinical and administrative time.
• Lifestyle: No nights and no on-call responsibilities.
• Support: Work alongside a full onsite team of Nurses and Medical Assistants.

Requirements

• Credentials: MD or DO; Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) in Family Medicine Internal Medicine or OB/GYN.
• Education: Completion of an accredited residency program (or currently in your final year).
• Licensure: Active (or in-process) California Medical License and DEA registration.
• Foundational Skills: Proficiency in preventive care chronic disease management routine womens health (contraception STIs) and longitudinal behavioral health (anxiety/depression).
