COMPENSATION:

W2 Employee (Living in Community):

Base: $250/hr $10/hr quality bonus (paid quarterly)

Annualized: $561600 (based on 2160 hours/year)

Sign-On Bonus: $50000 (forgivable loan over 3 years)

1099 Independent Contractor (Living in Community):

Base: $275/hr $10/hr quality bonus (paid quarterly)

SCHEDULE:

Full-time 12-hour shifts (day/night/weekend rotations)

Mid-level support during peak hours

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced 10000-volume ER

Perform advanced procedures: intubations chest tubes critical care

Work collaboratively with mid-level support and clinical team

Manage diverse medical conditions and emergency resuscitations

Maintain clinical excellence and patient safety standards

REQUIREMENTS:

MD or DO degree

ABEM certification preferred

3 years FM/IM with extensive emergency medicine experience

250 case logs within the past year

ACLS PALS ATLS certifications required

Eligible for North Dakota Medical License

Proficiency in emergency procedures and airway management

Meditech EHR experience preferred
