Emergency Medicine Physician Up to $500K Atlanta Suburban Hospital Forest Park GA 1099 Flexible Shifts

COMPENSATION:

Day Shifts (7am7pm 11am9pm): $250/hour

Night Shifts (7pm7am): $270/hour

1099 independent contractor model

Bonus: $20/hour for 1.9 patients per physician per hour

Malpractice insurance with tail coverage provided

Potential earnings: Up to $500000 annually (depending on shift selection and productivity)

Relocation support available

FACILITY OVERVIEW:

Strong APP support for seamless patient care

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage patient care in a high-volume 50-bed Emergency Department

Conduct thorough patient assessment and treatment planning

Manage diverse emergency presentations in fast-paced environment

Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers for seamless patient care

Maintain clinical documentation and accuracy

Ensure clinical excellence and patient safety standards

Work effectively under pressure in high-acuity setting

REQUIREMENTS:

MD or DO degree

ABEM/ABOEM board certification OR FM/IM board certification OR current emergency medicine resident

2 years recent emergency medicine experience in hospital setting (or just completed residency)

Georgia Medical License eligibility without restrictions

DEA license eligibility without restrictions

ATLS ACLS BLS PALS certifications (required except for ABEM/ABOEM certified physicians)

Meditech EMR familiarity beneficial

Strong communicator with attention to detail
