Emergency Medicine Physician $260/hr Dallas Metro Area 1099 Epic EMR

Join a high-functioning Emergency Department in the Dallas metro area offering strong APP support Epic EMR and manageable shifts. This role provides competitive 1099 compensation predictable scheduling and convenient access to big-city amenities just minutes from downtown Dallas.

COMPENSATION:

$260/hour (permanent 1099)

Malpractice and tail coverage included

No relocation or sign-on bonus

FACILITY OVERVIEW:

35000 annual ER visits

Fast-paced but supportive clinical environment

Strong teamwork among physicians APPs nurses and hospital staff

Modern Epic EMR system

Manageable shift structure

SCHEDULE:

910 hour shifts

APP coverage: 8am6pm 12pm10pm 6pm4am

Flexible shift scheduling available

Predictable scheduling with strong APP support

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver high-quality acute care in a busy community hospital setting

Evaluate and treat a wide range of emergent medical conditions

Coordinate with multidisciplinary care team

Supervise APPs during overlapping shifts

Document care in Epic EMR system

Maintain clinical excellence and patient safety standards

REQUIREMENTS:

ABEM/AOBEM board certification required OR FM/IM board certification with 2 years recent hospital-based ER experience

Active ATLS ACLS BLS PALS certifications

Eligible for Texas licensure

Epic EMR experience preferred

Dallas metro area (suburban community just outside Dallas)

Board-certified emergency medicine or family/internal medicine physician with strong ER background
