Job Summary
Landscape Construction Laborers work as part of a crew to deliver high-quality landscape construction services to our clients. This role requires a strong work ethic attention to safety and pride in delivering excellent results.
Essential Job Functions
- Safely operate powered tools and landscaping equipment
- Perform softscape installation and improvements
- Operate skid steer and mini excavator
- Plant trees shrubs bushes and flowers
- Install drainage systems and perform rough grading
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including possible weekends
- Ability to communicate professionally and represent the company positively
- Construction or landscaping experience preferred (higher pay opportunities available)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
- Frequent bending stooping climbing and grasping
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
