What Youll Do
Join a Team That Helps Keep Operations Running Smoothly
- Process vacation ownership contracts and related documentation with a high level of accuracy
- Maintain and update owner account records within company systems
- Assist owners and internal departments via phone email and chat regarding account information and contract status
- Process weekly and monthly cancellation reports
- Coordinate communication and workflow between departments to ensure smooth project and contract handoffs
- Scan organize and retain records within the companys document imaging system
- Support operational efficiency through strong organization and attention to detail
- Perform additional administrative and coordination duties as assigned
What Were Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous administrative office operations or coordination experience preferred
