What Youll Do

Join a Team That Helps Keep Operations Running Smoothly

  • Process vacation ownership contracts and related documentation with a high level of accuracy
  • Maintain and update owner account records within company systems
  • Assist owners and internal departments via phone email and chat regarding account information and contract status
  • Process weekly and monthly cancellation reports
  • Coordinate communication and workflow between departments to ensure smooth project and contract handoffs
  • Scan organize and retain records within the companys document imaging system
  • Support operational efficiency through strong organization and attention to detail
  • Perform additional administrative and coordination duties as assigned

What Were Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous administrative office operations or coordination experience preferred
