Border Bank is seeking an experienced relationshipdriven Ag/Business Banker to join our Greenbush team.

This role is ideal for a banking professional who excels at building strong client relationships driving business growth and staying actively engaged in their community.

As an Ag/Business Banker you will provide loan deposit and cashmanagement solutions to business and agricultural clients while representing Border Bank as a trusted partner in the region.

Ag/Business Banker Key Responsibilities

• Originate agriculture and business loans; manage an assigned portfolio with attention to growth mix margin credit quality and fee income
• Generate new loan volume through proactive business development and deepening existing client relationships
• Provide exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients
• Monitor and work with delinquent loans to maintain a highquality loan portfolio
• Create new deposit relationships and expand existing ones
• Negotiate loan rates and terms within established guidelines
• Actively participate in community and civic organizations representing Border Bank in the community

Ag/Business Banker Education & Requirements

• Strong relationshipbuilding and communication skills
• Passion for business development and community involvement
• Solid credit analysis skills
• 5 years of banking experience
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
