The Pediatric Surgeon provides advanced surgical care for infants children and adolescents across a broad range of complex and routine pediatric conditions. • MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Active New Jersey medical license
• Completion of an accredited pediatric surgery training program
• Innovative spirit in the clinical setting superior teamwork with interdisciplinary collaborative approach desire to work with underserved populations

• Fully support the academic clinical and educational missions of our program including creating scholarly work improving quality metrics and creating a positive learning environment
• Display the communication and interpersonal skills required to build an active clinical practice develop areas of productive scholarship and recruit additional faculty
