International Project Support (Admin Task) Hybrid

We are looking for an International Project Support proficient in English and valuable French Speaker this role will be responsible of under close guidance translates and verifies data from various sources such as prescriber information and product information.

In this role you will manage and implement OneKey data change requests and harmonization projects ensuring alignment with OneKey Data Governance strategic objectives.

Your efforts will help deliver complete consistent and accurate data to our customers. As a member of the Production team you will support IQVIA OneKey Governance team in a role requiring precision and collaboration with multiple stakeholders in an international environment.

Essential Functions:

• Change Requests: analyze and implement data change requests (e.g. new fields or codifications) accurately and promptly

• Harmonization Projects: support data harmonization projects to ensure consistency and standardization across the database

• Collaboration: work closely with other departments to ensure data needs are met and changes are effectively communicated

• Compliance: ensure all data management activities comply with standard processes and policies and meet project deadlines

• Reporting:provide regularly report on project status and timelines

• Training OneKey Back Office: Being involved in the training session.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor decree

• Experiencein data management and change management preferably in a healthcare setting

• 2/3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education training and experience

Skill Requirements:

• Comfortable working with data with strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

• Proficiencyin data analysis tools and software (e.g. SQL PowerPoint Excel etc..)

• Complete fluency in English and French Speaker

• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and other departments
