- Language: Dutch English (C1)
- Location: Porto Portugal / On-Site
- Schedule: MondaySunday 24/7 Rotative Shifts
- Days Off: 2 Rotative Days
- Relocation Support: Available for Candidates with Work Permit
What Youll Do
- Support customers via phone email and chat
- Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Work with internal tools and systems to provide accurate solutions
- Collaborate with multicultural teams in a customer-focused environment
What Were Looking For
- Fluent Dutch and strong English communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility for rotational schedules including occasional night shifts
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work authorization
Compensation & Benefits
- 1100 gross salary paid over 14 months
- Attendance Bonus: 150 paid over 11 months
