The Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) organization within RTX drives business success by providing a variety of critical engineering services across product lines and functions.

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time position of Senior Principal Test Systems Execution Lead Engineer located onsite in Tucson Arizona. This position involves working in a lab environment with weapon test system designers to understand requirements design solutions integrate and deploy the systems to help support test and tactical software development testing and delivery of missiles to the warfighter.

What You Will Learn:

• System level test setup and operation across the different environments within development or production.
• Experience working across multi-disciplined groups of engineers.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a Bachelors Degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of ten (10) years prior relevant experience
• Experience leading the functionalities of Test Systems Engineering or equivalent Engineering experience for both hardware and test software development integration verification validation and maintenance activities within production manufacturing product qualification environments.
• Experience with leading design development and/or integration of test equipment.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Strong organization coordination planning teaming skills as well as written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of or experience with equipment rack assembly cable assembly/installation electronics maintenance data acquisition systems oscilloscopes bus analyzers logic analyzers network analyzers and/or spectrum analyzers.
• Experience troubleshooting systems using test equipment such as data acquisition systems oscilloscopes bus analyzers logic analyzers network analyzers and/or spectrum analyzers.
• Experience leading multi-disciplined teams.
• Experience with Agile Process and gate reviews.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
• Agile Methodologies understanding.

  The salary range for this role is 132400 USD - 251600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
