Security Officer First Shift

As a Security Officer in Kenosha WI you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics location where you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and support access activity throughout the site. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active delivering strong customer service and working with a team that values being agile reliable innovative and acting with integrity.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Minimum 1 plus years of Security experience Or prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures access control activities and appropriate emergency response actions at a logistics location.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility parking areas dock areas and perimeter to help identify security-related concerns and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify credentials and/or visitor information as directed and help support the orderly movement of personnel guests and deliveries.
• Observe site operations and report hazards maintenance issues and/or suspicious activity that could impact daily operations or require follow-up.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
