Temporary Project Support Specialist

For over 100 years Maguire has been an industry leader in the fabrication construction and maintenance of water storage tanks and elevated water towers. Temporary Project Support Specialist will support our Project Managers with a variety of active projects. Availability Monday through Friday is required.

Essential Functions:

• Create verify and receive purchase orders in the Infor system
• Process purchase orders in Nimbello and correct pricing or line-item discrepancies as needed
• Prepare O&M (Operations & Maintenance) manuals for projects nearing completion
• Assemble subcontract agreements for projects as needed
• Create shipping labels and assist with project-related administrative tasks

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Work Environment:

• Majority of the time is spent in an office environment.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
