About STMA Schools
We are a district that serves over 6700 students and employs more than 750 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students three elementary schools for grades 1-4 two middle schools for grades 5-8 and one high school for grades 9-12.
Position Overview & Responsibilities
Ability to coach competitivecheerteams ranging from the elementary-varsity level.
Design and coordinate practices coordinate competitions assess skill level of athletes and choreograph their teams routine.
Be able to teach Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced Stunting Skills
Be able to teach/spot beginner/intermediate tumbling skills
Create a positive team environment of respect communicate with parents and athletes effectively and be a positive role model
Start Date: June 15
Contract: June 15 2026 through July 31 2026
Schedule:Monday-Thursday 8:00am- 9:30am or 9:30-3:00pm
Salary & Benefits
Starting Rate: $20.00-$27.00 per hour depending upon your experience with Community Ed
No benefit eligibility other thanEarned Safe and Sick Time (ESST)as provided by law.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience coaching or participation in cheerleading.
Completion of or complete the USACheerSafety & Risk Management Course
