As a Sr. Client Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving business results for Pinterests largest strategic advertisers. Your expertise throughout the funnel tactics will help you grow and nurture client relationships and guide them from awareness through to conversion and retention. Were looking for a Client Account Manager to help our most strategic partners successfully grow their business through Pinterest. Youll work directly with some of our key advertisers as a trusted consultant to their business. What youll do:
- Plan execute upsell and optimize data-driven upper-funnel awareness ad campaigns for CPG brands in collaboration with internal teams.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with brand marketing leads media agencies and shopper marketing teams to embed Pinterests awareness solutions into CPG clients annual brand planning cycles.
- Ensure accurate implementation of CPG clients first-party CRM and shopper data segments coordinating cross-functionally to power precise audience targeting across new product launches and brand awareness campaigns.
- Optimize media campaigns and audience targeting strategies by refining broad and interest-based audiences to maximize reach and frequency for CPG brands.
- Deliver weekly campaign performance reports translating brand lift reach and share-of-voice metrics into clear narratives that demonstrate Pinterests upper-funnel impact to CPG brand and media teams.
Advise CPG clients on Pinterests ad products targeting bidding and measurement strategies. - Provide exceptional client service through communication issue resolution and seamless execution.
- Simplify complex processes upsell and pitch strategic solutions and continuously improve campaigns.
What were looking for:
- Proven experience managing and growing client accounts with data-driven strategies.
- Strong knowledge of advertising best practices and technical media measurement.
- Skilled at identifying client needs communicating persuasive recommendations and overcoming objections.
- Ability to build and execute full-funnel sales strategies driving adoption and conversions.
- Excellent at managing multiple campaigns tasks and timelines simultaneously.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with upper-funnel measurement methodologies such as brand lift studies reach and frequency reporting sales lift studies MMM and share of voice.
- Experience partnering with CPG brands or their agency counterparts on brand awareness reach or upper-funnel media strategies with a strong understanding of how consumer packaged goods companies plan and buy media.
- Demonstrates curiosity and a willingness to explore AI tools to improve day-to-day productivity including campaign setup performance reporting client communications and research. Leverages AI to work more efficiently whether its streamlining optimizations preparing for client meetings or surfacing insights from campaign data while maintaining attention to detail and a high bar for accuracy.
- Bachelors degree in Business Sales or related field or equivalent experience.
In-Office Requirement Statement:
- We recognize that the ideal environment for work is situational and may differ across departments. What this looks like day-to-day can vary based on the needs of each organization or role.
- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 2 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from our Chicago office.
