Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a valuable member of the Ford Performance Centre team you will deliver winning service in a high-paced high-volume environment. You will work under the direction of the Head Chef and Sous Chef toassistin the preparation of various food products.
Operate and clean the conveyor dishwashing machines and pot washer in a safeorganizedand efficient manner.
Scrape and thoroughly washdishes utensilspotsand pansand return to designatedarea.
Adhere to WHMIS and MSDS principles to safely handle cleaning supplies and other chemicals.
Sweep and mop floor clean counters and shelves and collect and remove recycling and waste.
Assistin the receiving and storage of incoming product and delivery of supplies to proper areas.
Empty and clean recycling bins; storage drop off and disposal of recycling bins.
Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies including Health & Safety.
Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
Perform other cleaning and kitchen duties as.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have experience working in a high-volume kitchen
Previousdishwashing experience in a fast passed environment isan asset
Knowledge of food safety standards
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Stronginterpersonal and communication skills
Punctual and dependable
Ability to work non- standard work weeks including early morning eveningsweekendsand holidays
Must be available toworkallTorontoMapleLeafs/ Marlies practice dates
