Position Overview
A respected healthcare organization is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join its growing rehabilitation team in beautiful northeastern Washington. This opportunity offers a collaborative environment where therapists work across both inpatient and outpatient settings helping patients regain independence and improve overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility coordination cognitive functioning and daily living skills
- Recommend adaptive equipment and educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Treat patients with orthopedic neurological cardiac balance and developmental conditions
- Support patients with self-care home management fine motor development and energy conservation techniques
- Participate in discharge planning and home safety assessments
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy required
- Current Washington State OT license or ability to obtain upon hire
- BLS/BCLS certification required
- One year of experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply
- Strong communication organizational and patient care skills
