Job Summary
A Sales Lot Tech is essential to maintaining a well-organized dealership keeping vehicles
spotless and showroom-ready while supporting both the sales and service teams. Ideal
candidates are hardworking passionate about powersports equipment and take pride
in creating an outstanding first impression for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles by washing polishing cleaning and vacuuming vehicles to dealership specifications
- Pickup/Deliver units to customers
- Properly maintain tools and equipment when performing details and correctly follow safety practices.
- Haul trash general clean up.
- Work toward achieving and maintaining excellent quality assurance and above market/region customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a lot Attendant in the Powersports industry or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of powersports vehicles parts and accessories.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and great interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Lift a minimum weight of 30 lbs.
- Be physically fit and able to bend twist and pull.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Current valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Experience driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
- Proficient in the operation of trailers for vehicle hauling with a strong focus on safety and reliability.
