Job Summary
Centurion is a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities state hospitals and community mental health centers nationwide.
We are currently seeking a full-time IT Recruiter to join our growing recruiting team.
The IT Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process partnering closely with hiring managers to attract engage and hire top talent. This role is responsible for developing effective sourcing strategies delivering a strong candidate experience and driving hiring efforts from initial outreach through offer and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates
- Screen and evaluate candidates to assess technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate and manage the interview process from scheduling through feedback
- Guide candidates and hiring teams through the selection and offer process
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage
- Maintain accurate and organized recruiting data and documentation
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting preferably in IT or technical roles
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT recruiting with a focus on roles such as Full-Stack Developers Software Architects Systems Engineers IT Directors System Administrators Desktop Support and Service Desk professionals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Word and Excel
- Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Indeed Dice GitHub and other niche channels
- Strong problem-solving organizational written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with hiring managers candidates and corporate stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a strong customer service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment
