Night Loader Temp to Hire

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Schedule: 6:00 PM 2:30 AM

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Overtime: Must be available and open to working overtime as needed

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Night Loader to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for loading and unloading freight organizing shipments and ensuring products are prepared accurately and efficiently for distribution. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be dependable with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products and materials safely and efficiently
• Organize and stage shipments for outbound delivery
• Verify freight quantities and inspect for damages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed (training provided if applicable)
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
• Work overtime as needed to support business demands

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or loading experience preferred
• Ability to lift move and carry heavy products throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to stand walk bend and lift for extended periods
• Must be open to overtime and flexible with scheduling
