Duties/Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for scheduling all repairs preventative maintenance to include initial and final inspections vehicle and heavy tactical equipment
- Inspect vehicles for damage and note any existing damage.
- Explain service records.
- In process and out process vehicles for maintenance
- Create repair orders and document customer complaints.
- Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and time frames.
- Maintain records in an organized manner.
- Ensure that vehicles are serviced in a timely manner.
- Following up during and after repairs are performed
Qualifications
- Must be knowledgeable of all maintenance terms and
- Extremely knowledgeable in U.S. Army maintenance procedures on Heavy Tactical Equipment
- Ability to receive a favorable TIER-1 investigation result and obtain and maintain a CAC.
- The ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening is required.
- Must have an active and valid Drivers License.
Education and Experience:
- Must have a minimum of a high School Diploma / GED
- 4 years experience maintaining and scheduling vehicle maintenance
- GCSS-Army preferred
