• Class Excellence: Deliver high-energy safe and well-paced cycle choreography paired with engaging music.
• Education & Form: Educate participants on proper bike setup riding form and modifications to ensure a safe workout.
• Community Connection: Welcome new participants build rapport with members and foster a positive inclusive environment.
• Operational Standards: Arrive early for setup start/end on time and ensure all studio equipment is maintained and stored correctly.
• Promotion: Act as a brand ambassador by promoting gym programs special events and membership perks.

• Expertise: Strong knowledge of exercise science anatomy and rhythmic cueing.
• Energy: High physical stamina and a personality that can command a room.
• Communication: Clear effective cueing and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience: Previous group fitness instruction (specifically Cycle) is highly preferred.

• Current Group Fitness certification (NASM ACE or ISSA preferred).
• Specialty Cycle format certification.
• CPR/AED certification.
