Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago IL.

Eyas Landing - Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) ADHD sensory processing disorder and other neurodiverse needs. This is an opportunity to combine Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a school-based team-driven program that supports every students growth.

As an RBT at Eyas Landing - Avondale you will foster each childs cognitive social emotional adaptive and developmental growth through:

• Providing individualized therapy
• Collecting data on programming
• Implementing evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collaborating daily with physical occupational and speech therapists and social workers
• Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
