REQUISITOS:

• Formação Técnica em eletrônica elétrica eletrotécnica eletromecânica ou mecânica

• Curso NR-10 e NR-13 para operação de caldeiras

• Experiência em indústrias químicas ou de processos contínuos

• Conhecimento de automação industrial e sistemas SCADA

ATIVIDADES:

• Operar e monitorar sistemas de geração e distribuição de utilidades incluindo: Caldeiras a vapor Aquecedores de fluido térmico Chillers e sistemas de água gelada Sistemas de água industrial Sistemas de tratamento de efluentes Compressores de ar Sistemas de geração de nitrogênio Sistemas de osmose reversa.

• Realizar inspeções de rotina para garantir o funcionamento adequado dos equipamentos e identificar possíveis problemas.

• Executar partidas paradas e ajustes operacionais de acordo com os procedimentos estabelecidos.

• Preencher checklists operacionais registros de turno e relatórios de desempenho.

• Monitorar os principais parâmetros operacionais (pressão temperatura vazão consumo etc.) e tomar medidas preventivas para evitar desvios.

• Apoiar as atividades de solução de problemas e contribuir para melhorias na confiabilidade e eficiência.

• Desenvolver e manter planilhas de controle operacional e indicadores de desempenho (KPIs).

• Preparar revisar e seguir Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (POPs).

• Garantir a conformidade com os padrões de segurança meio ambiente e qualidade.

• Apoiar as atividades de manutenção garantindo condições seguras para as intervenções.
