Health Safety and Sustainability Supervisor

HSE&S Supervisor

Were looking for a hands-on HSE&S Supervisor to drive health safety environmental and sustainability performance at our site. This role is key to ensuring compliance reducing risk and strengthening a proactive safety culture.

What youll do:

• Lead safety inspections risk assessments & JSAs

• Ensure compliance with permits regulations & standards (ISO 14001 / 45001 BATF&E)

• Support incident investigations and prevention initiatives

• Promote safe behaviors hazard reporting and continuous improvement

• Partner with leaders employees and contractors to drive safety excellence

• Support sustainability and emergency response programs

What were looking for:

• Engineering degree or relevant HSE experience

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and risk management

• Experience in industrial environments (manufacturing preferred)

• Solid communication coaching and problem-solving skills
