Job Summary

Job Title: Agile Product Owner (SAFe)

Location: Austin TX / Dallas TX (4 Days Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Interview: Video
Visa: Must be able to convert without sponsorship
Preference: Local Candidates

Required Skills:

5 years as Agile Product Owner in SAFe environments
Strong experience with user stories backlog management sprint execution and MVP delivery
Experience in Retirement / Financial Services domain
Knowledge of recordkeeping plan conversions payroll and RMD workflows
Strong program & dependency management experience
Experience working in large enterprise environments with cross-team coordination
Data-driven product decision-making experience

Responsibilities:

Own product backlog and sprint priorities
Drive SAFe Agile delivery and MVP execution
Manage cross-team dependencies and risks
Support retirement/financial product initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders engineering and program teams
