What Youll Do
- Manage residential real estate closings from contract to post-closing
- Coordinate with buyers sellers agents and lenders to ensure a seamless process
- Prepare review and finalize closing documents with precision
- Balance CDs handle funding and oversee disbursements
- Maintain consistent clear communication with all parties
- Work closely with a supportive team-driven group to deliver exceptional service
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of experience in real estate closings title or escrow
- Strong attention to detail particularly with CD balancing and funding
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Positive attitude problem-solving ability and team-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
