Infosec and IS infrastructure specialist

Role Overview

• TheInfosec and ISinfrastructureSpecialist willbe responsible forensuring robust cybersecurity practices and compliance across Operational Technology (OT) environments& relatedcompliance initiatives(NIS2 and ISO27001) while supporting ISevolution.

• This role is critical for safeguarding industrial systemsITsystemsmitigating cybersecurity risks and aligning withAccelleronsgroupglobal security standards.

• The specialist will work closely with the globalAccelleronInfosecand ISteam and act as a key liaison between local operations and corporate security functions.

Thecandidate will havebalancedassignmentof tasks and projects to ISand Infosecaccording to company and business prioritization.

Key Responsibilities

OT Security Management

• Implement andmaintaincybersecurity controls for OT systems and industrial networks.

• Ensure secure integration of OT and IT environments following ISA/IEC 62443 and Purdue Model principles.

• Monitor and respond to OT-related security incidents and vulnerabilities.

Cybersecurity Risk Mitigation

• Supportrisk mitigation strategiestowards NIS2 ISO27001

• Supportrisk assessments andimplementremediation plans for OT and IS environments.

• Support global initiatives for threat detection vulnerability management and incident response.

Infrastructure Operations & Lifecycle Management

• Oversee day-to-day management of on-premisesinfrastructure (servers storage virtualization backup systems) ensuring reliability scalability and adherence to security and compliance standards

Network & Segmentation Architecture Support

• Serve as the main contact for designing and improving secure network architecturesuch as VLAN segmentationfirewallrules and remote accessacross IT and OT ensuring it meets corporate security standards.

System Hardening & Patch Governance

• Implement andmaintainhardening baselines for infrastructure assets coordinate patch management cycles with global teams and monitor compliance to reduce attacksurfaceacross OT and IS systems.

IS/IT Compliance

• Supportcompliance with corporate IS/IT policies and regulatory requirements.

• Supportthelocal implementation and continuous improvement of ISO27001 AnnexA controls and NIS2 technical measures.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Supportthe local cybersecurity focal point for OMTplants.

• Provide regular updates toSOCandInfosec teamon risk status and mitigation progress.

• Participate in global cybersecurity projects and knowledge-sharing forums.

• Asmemberof globalAccelleronsnetwork team will be part ofthe design review for industrial networking.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information TechnologyIS engineeringMathematicsor related field.

• 3 years of experience in OT security industrial networks or cybersecurity rolesor infrastructure (network) relevant experience.(5 yearsof experiencefor candidates withoutBachelor).

• Strong knowledge of industrial protocols and network segmentation.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (ISA/IEC 62443 NIST CSF) and compliance standards in particular NIS2 and ISO27001.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in aglobalmatrix organization.

• Englishlanguageproficiency(C1 level) is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with risk management tools and vulnerability scanning solutions.

• Understanding ofmanufacturing processes and OT environments.

• Certifications such asCCNACISSP GICSP or similar are a plus.
