KalSoft is currently looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be based in Canada and bring hands-on experience in developing customizing and integrating solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires strong technical expertise in ServiceNow development workflow automation and enterprise IT service management solutions with a focus on delivering scalable efficient and user-centric applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform based on business and client requirements
- Configure and enhance ITSM ITOM CMDB and workflow modules to improve operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using APIs web services and scripting
- Build and customize Service Portal components and user interfaces to enhance user experience
- Implement automation solutions and workflows to streamline IT and business processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues ensuring system stability performance and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Perform testing deployment and documentation of ServiceNow enhancements and custom applications
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow platform capabilities releases and best practices
- Provide technical guidance knowledge transfer and support to internal teams and clients
Skills & Experience Required:
- Applicants must be Canadian residents (preferably in Toronto or Ontario)
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development
- Expertise in ITSM ITOM CMDB and workflow customization
- Strong integration and scripting capabilities within ServiceNow
- Experience with Service Portal development and automation solutions preferred
- Knowledge of JavaScript REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks
- Understanding of ServiceNow best practices governance and platform architecture
- ServiceNow certifications would be considered an added advantage
- Strong troubleshooting communication and client-facing skills
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Minimum 35 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience
