Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Spain. the #1 company in the Spanish pharmaceutical sector is seeking a Finance Analyst FP&Ato join our Controlling / Business Unit Finance team in Madrid.

We are a high-performing team of finance professionals focused on business partnering supporting commercial business units and delivering strong technical financial expertise. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to strategic decision-making while building a strong foundation in finance.

About the Role

As a Finance Analyst FP&A you will play a key role in supporting business performance through financial insights and analysis. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams contributing to both operational excellence and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner to local functions providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Perform financial analysis to support decision-making
• Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly reports (sales OPEX brand spend structural costs)
• Support accurate month-end closing in collaboration with the Accounting team
• Assist with operating procedures compliance and internal audit requirements
• Identify efficiencies and improvement opportunities across processes
• Provide financial insights to support growth profitability and compliance
• Contribute to ongoing projects and collaborate with internal and external finance stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Economics Business Administration or a related field
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar finance/analyst role
• Experience using digital tools (AI Power BI) and financial systems
