Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Red Team Operations Specialist with strong expertise in adversary simulation and offensive security operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing realistic attack simulations to evaluate and strengthen organizational security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute advanced red team engagements simulating real-world adversaries
• Develop attack scenarios aligned with current threat actor tactics
• Perform initial access operations privilege escalation and lateral movement
• Demonstrate strong Operational Security (OpSec) during engagements
• Build or customize at least one offensive security tool or framework
• Develop and apply original offensive research techniques
• Conduct end-to-end red team operations and deliver comprehensive engagement reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve detection and response capabilities

Required Skills & Experience

• 7 years of experience in cybersecurity / offensive security / adversary simulation
• Strong hands-on experience in Red Team operations
• Proven expertise in:
  • Initial access techniques
  • C2 frameworks and command-and-control usage
  • Evasion and bypass techniques
  • Adversary emulation methodologies
• Demonstrated experience in delivering at least one full red team engagement
• Evidence of independent research or innovative attack techniques

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security Computer Science or a related field

Mandatory Certifications / Courses

• CRTO II (Certified Red Team Operator Level II) – Mandatory
