What Youll Do

• Play a vital role in delighting the residents in the dining room for breakfast lunch and dinner
• Serve meals with a smile on your face and attention to what the residents need and want
• Assist leadership with daily dining operations including resident meals guest service and special events
• Ensure compliance with food service regulations and maintain survey readiness
• Help train and mentor newdining team members

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of dining service experience
• 1 years of lead server or food service leadership preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent(required)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of dining service experiencein senior living or fine dining
• Experience with service forspecial events
