The primary focus encompasses maintenance repair and minor new-works interventions in the trades of plumbing carpentry painting shop-fitting glazing welding and basic OutputsMaintenance repairs and minor new Inspections of all maintenance work performed by department and external contractorsTime and coordination:Assist managing resource (Material and labour) requirementStand-by DutiesVehicle log sheetSpecial requests and problem : (high frequency)Water reticulation systems such as taps piping and and sewerage urinals baths basins and and watering : (regular) and -hoc repairs and minor installationsPainting: (regular)Interior walls ceilings windows and diverse walls roofs guttering and diverse such as poles and -fitting: (high frequency)Geysers (non-electrical).Classroom equipment such as white boards and such as walls ceilings and flooring.
Masonry: (low frequency)Manholes and retaining walls and minor patching plastering and crack :Roads and of hand and power and to safety standards and legislationWorking at heights and sometimes in confined and -hoc requests.
