About the role:

更好的提升天津工厂长远发展致力于医药领域更加卓越的贡献

How you will contribute:

1.协助项目经理进行立项准备项目需求编写招标技术澄清合同签订预算申请等流程工作

2.协助项目经理对项目工作流程的顺利推进

3.监督并执行EHS政策和流程确保项目过程符合公司EHS规范要求

4.跟进项目各环节进展情况检查工程质量和进度是否满足目标要求

5.协助审查工程量中间验收施工组织设计各项施工方案等

6.协助项目过程中电子和纸版文件资料的收集整理和保存等管理工作

7.协助项目收尾阶段的user培训和文件移交

8.完成上级分配的其他任务

What you bring to Takeda:

1.理工类在校本科生或研究生

2.对资产投资项目管理有浓厚兴趣愿意学习和成长

3.具备良好的沟通和人际交往能力

4.可以使用AutoCADMicrosoft Office软件

5.具有团队合作精神能够灵活应对不同的工作任务

6.基本的英语读写能力

7.每周出勤3天或以上能够承诺3个月或以上的实习期
