What Youll Own
Assist with financial statement preparation and monthly close processes
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Support accounts receivable accounts payable and general ledger activities
Maintain and track fixed assets
Help manage software integrations and financial system improvements
Maintain and report sales tax and federal excise tax compliance by state
Provide financial analysis and insights to business leaders
Support external audit requests and documentation preparation
Assist with internal control and compliance improvements
Youll help create structure clarity and confidence in our financial operations.

What You Bring
Bachelors degree in Accounting required
35 years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting experience a plus)
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (this is important)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
NetSuite and/or QuickBooks experience preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills
