Job Summary
US Farathane is seeking an experienced Production Grinder for 2nd Shift.

Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for grinding material for reuse.
- Responsible for preventative maintenance on loader system.
- Maintain Housekeeping in the grinding and central load areas
- Understands and follows lock-out tag-out procedures for equipment.
- Maintain organization of the incoming materials in the grinding area.
- Back up support to Central Load position.
- Maintain identity of product ground by properly labeling ground materials.
- Responsible to maintain full containers of ground product pulled by the Material Handlers and replaced with a clean empty gaylord with an appropr16iately sized liner.
- Print labels to identify ground product.
- Clean out grinders and filters when appropriate to avoid contamination of materials.
- Understands and follows forklift training requirements.
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures (i.e. Quality Manual Associate Handbook etc).
- Other job duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Hand/eye coordination
- Lifting (approx. 50 pounds)
- Specific vision requirements
- Effective communication
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently required to stand walk or sit.
- Regularly required to use hands and lift and/or move up to 10 pounds frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Occasional bending stooping and crouching.
- Close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision and ability to focus.
Working Conditions:
- The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat and vibration.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Employee may be required to work outside for short periods of time.
