Job Summary
Key Requirements:
Required Qualifications
1522 years of overall IT experience with significant leadership experience in enterprise delivery management.
Proven experience managing fixed-bid/fixed-fee engagements exceeding $2M from the vendor/consulting side.
Strong background in IT Services & Consulting organizations.
Demonstrated success leading:
o Enterprise platform implementations
o Application development initiatives
o Application modernization and migration programs
Experience managing complex public sector or government technology programs.
Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Waterfall Agile and Hybrid delivery models.
Expertise in delivery governance financial management risk management and stakeholder communication.
PMP certification preferred.
Bachelors degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Experience
Public sector modernization programs
Cloud migration and enterprise transformation initiatives
Multi-vendor delivery environments
Long-term strategic client engagements
- Must have managed fixed-bid/fixed-fee projects exceeding $2M
- Strong experience leading platform implementations application development and migration programs
- Public sector experience strongly preferred
- IT Services & Consulting background required
- Strong executive stakeholder management and delivery governance experience
