UX and Graphical Designer (part-time) DTU Health Tech

Job Summary
The Department of Health Technology (DTU Health Tech) at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU HEALTH TECH) is looking for a skilled User Experience (UX) and graphic designer to work on the Copenhagen Research Platform (CARP).
As a UX designer you should have a strong educational background at a bachelors level in computer science software engineering design and innovation processes or similar.
The job
As a UX designer you will be responsible for the analysis design graphical implementation documentation and quality assurance of the software we develop for CARP including web and smartphone applications. You will also be responsible for designing graphics photography and technical writing on the CARP home pages.
Our expectations of you
You need a bachelors degree in a relevant field.
Your skills will match one or more of the following topics:
- UX design methods (interviewing sketching prototyping thinking aloud etc.)
- UX design in Figma including using templates
- UX evaluation in Figma and in actual prototypes
- Photography and editing (e.g. in Photoshop)
- Technical writing of tutorial and other end-user documentation
- Graphical design of icons illustrations figures etc.
- Documentation of UX design

Salary and appointment terms
The appointment will be based on the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (AC). You are employed as an Academic Officer.
The job is part-time 15 hours per week. You will get a contract for 15 hours a week but the workload can be averaged over several can have this job while studying for an MSc degree at DTU or another university in Copenhagen. There is a possibility of full-time employment.
The position is time-limited and will end at the latest on 31 May 2029 (3 years).
Your primary workplace will be in the CARP lab at the DTU Campus in Lyngby combined with visits to hospital clinics in the Eastern Health Management Region of Denmark.
