Role Definition
Responsible from order inquiry/ intake/ change/ cancel with customers. Responsible to make sure requests can be successfully ship on time.

Responsibilities
Supervising and controlling new sales orders identifying the key elements and communicate downstream for required actions.
Manage customer priorities high priority back orders back orders and past due.
Serving as primary contact for customer inquiries; primary escalation process.

Degree Requirement
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience desired

Makes oral presentations and writes reports needed for own work.
