Were looking for 3rd Shift Residential Instructors to join our team! Come find your purpose and make a difference in the lives of others.
As a Residential Instructor youll work with youth with neurological and or psychological disabilities. Our clients range from clients who have experienced trauma and abuse to clients who have non-verbal and behavioral disorders.
You will work with clients conducting groups and recreational activities and helping them with their behavior plans.
Qualifications: You must be 21 years of age or older have a minimum of a High School Diploma and meet one of the following qualifications:
- An Associates or Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 12 credits in Human Services
- Two years of experience working with children
- A combination of Human Service college credits and experience working with children totaling 2 years
- Be a Parent of a child 7 years of age or older
Candidates must also have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Compensation: $23.50- $28.00 hourly based upon qualifications related experience and education.
Sign-On Bonuses are paid out over your first 6 months.
Hours: Full Time 3rd shift; Thursday Friday and Saturday: 10:30pm to 8:30am; with the possibility of adding an additional overnight shift on to the front or back end of that schedule (ie. Sunday 10:30pm into Monday 8:30am).
