Project Coordinator
CP Build is a national subcontractor providing turnkey interior finishes and installation for multifamily and commercial projects across the United States. Since 1980 weve delivered flooring cabinets countertops and other interior finish solutions through a combination of global sourcing coordinated project execution and a nationwide installation network.
About the Role
This Salt Lake Citybased role supports projects from start to finish by managing materials tracking timelines and keeping communication organized.
This is a structured process-driven role focused on coordination and follow-through.
Success in this position comes from staying organized paying attention to detail and reliably executing established processes.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys steady organized work and takes pride in keeping things on track behind the scenes.
What Youll Do
- Prepare and send product submittals.
- Track approvals and follow up to keep projects moving.
- Order and track materials based on project schedules.
- Communicate with vendors on lead times and delivery dates.
- Coordinate deliveries to align with installation timing.
- Provide regular updates to internal teams on project status.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 612 months of administrative coordination or scheduling experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced detail-focused environment.

Schedule Pay and Benefits
- Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
- Pay Range: $20 $24 per hour depending on experience.
