WhatYoullDo

• Design develop and deliver endtoend Salesforce features including analysis UI components customization testing release and ongoing support.

• Implement Salesforce Lightning components and manage SFDC data to ensure highquality user experience system performance and data integrity.

• Lead Salesforce DevOps practices build automation frameworks and create test strategies to improve deployment efficiency and code quality.

• Troubleshoot application issuesmonitorsystem performance and drive continuous improvements through innovation and process optimization.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsmaintainclear documentation and activelyparticipatein Scrum ceremonies with a positive solutionsfocused approach.

WhatYoullBring

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineeringor equivalent experience with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

• 3 years of Salesforce development experience with deepexpertisein Apex Lightning Web Components Flows SOQL JavaScript HTML and CSS.

• Proven ability to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions including custom applications integrations and performance optimizations.

• Strong knowledge of integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs Platform Events) OOP principles design patterns and modern web technologies.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills effectively partnering with crossfunctional teams

Nice to Have

• Advanced Salesforceexpertisedemonstratedthrough Platform Developer II (or similar) certification with familiarity across key Clouds such as Sales Service and Experience Cloud.

• Experience working in regulated or SaaS environments with exposure to broader development and architecture best practices.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and ability to collaborate effectively in iterative development cycles.

This position is located Torontoand offers a hybrid work environment with at least three days a week in the office providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
