Job Summary
National Multifamily Owner and Developer is seeking an AI Architect to lead the implementation of artificial intelligence solutions across company operations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Determine where AI can create operational value across departments
- Design AI workflows and system architecture
- Select AI models/tools/platforms
- Integrate AI into existing software ecosystems
- Coordinate between executives operations teams software engineers and vendors
- Ensure scalability security and compliance
- Evaluate ROI and develop the organizations long-term AI roadmap aligned with business objectives
Qualifications include:
- Experience in multifamily construction operations
- Working knowledge of Procore / Autodesk / BIM / Bluebeam ecosystems
- Understanding of scheduling preconstruction workflows document management estimating and development pipelines
- Deep understanding of AI automation opportunities
