Supply Chain Systems Analyst 2

The University of Miami/UHealth department of Supply Chain has an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Supply Chain Systems Analyst 2 to work Hybrid in Hialeah FL.
The Supply Chain Systems Analyst 2 supports activities relating to Supply Chain Analytics for all sections of Supply Chain operations for the UHealth system. The incumbent performs analytics for supply chain measurements related to business decisions spend tracking and materials management improvements and serves an active role in the development of Value Analysis projects.
The Strategic Analyst also supports and works directly with Supply Chain Strategic Sourcing in the analysis of bids and other sourcing activities. Under the direction of the Manager also has as a supporting function and responsibility with the measurement and reporting of any and all bids/offers requested by Strategic Sourcing.
Core Responsibilities
Works with Value Analysis teams and Supply Chain departments to identify areas of opportunity whether related to savings or product utilization. Participates in stakeholder meetings as needed for clarity on data elements and analytics.
Assists with the building of complex data models to create frameworks to better understand business drivers including Product Mix Utilization Patterns Contract Penetration Rebate Assessment Supplier Market Share Price Discovery Benchmark Comparison GPO Effectiveness Submitted Bids and Results Reporting. Participates in pursuit strategy development to outline required data elements.
Provides Value Analysis and Supply Chain Management analytics data and other related reports on a routine basis for University of Miami under the guidance and direction of the Manager.
Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.
Department Specific Functions
The Supply Chain Systems Analyst supports and advances Supply Chain operations through the Workday Financial System and related analytics solutions acting as a functional and technical bridge between business users and Workday Supply Chain capabilities. This role focuses on data integrity reporting accuracy system enhancements and continuous process improvement across the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle. The analyst leads and coordinates work across stakeholders operates with a high degree of independence and brings a strong blend of technical business and interpersonal skills.
Business Requirements & Process Analysis- Partner with Supply Chain and cross-functional stakeholders to gather analyze and document business system and reporting requirements; evaluate current processes systems and user needs to support enterprise goals and initiatives.
System & Data Analysis-Analyze Workday and related supply chain systems to identify data integrity issues process gaps and misalignment with business policies; document workflows findings and recommended outcomes.
Analytical Insight & Problem Solving-Apply analytical and research skills to interpret system behavior identify trends risks and opportunities anticipate business needs and adapt solutions to evolving operational demands.
Reporting & Analytics Enablement-Engage stakeholders across functional areas to define develop and support ad hoc recurring and strategic reporting and analytics needs; serve as a key contact for complex or non-routine analytics and reporting requests.
Data Governance & Integrity Ownership-Own supply chain data integrity through ongoing audits reconciliations report validation and issue resolution; partner with functional teams to research correct discrepancies and support compliance across Workday and downstream systems.
Product & Industry Knowledge-Maintain current knowledge of Workday Supply Chain functionality analytics tools emerging technologies and industry best practices to inform design decisions and continuous improvement.
End-User Enablement & Support-Collaborate with communication and end-user support teams to develop training materials job aids communication plans and provide post-implementation support for Supply Chain systems.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in business administration Finance Accounting Supply Chain Information Systems or related field preferred.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Working knowledge of Workday or ERP-supported environments preferred

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using office software technology and relevant computer applications.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including lookups pivot tables and automation (VBA a plus)
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and experience working with ERP systems in an enterprise environment (Workday Finance or similar preferred)
Ability to extract analyze interpret and troubleshoot financial and operational data from Workday or related systems
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to data accuracy and detail
Ability to clearly communicate complex technical or financial concepts both verbally and in writing to audiences with varying levels of expertise
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
