As a Service Agent at Alto you are the backbone of our operations. Youll ensure our luxury fleet of electric SUVs is clean fueled and ready to provide a 5-star experience for our passengers. Join us as a W-2 employee and grow your career in automotive operations!

Pay & Benefits

• Competitive Pay: Hourly pay starts at $16.00/hr with opportunities for performance-based increases.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality interior and exterior cleaning of our luxury SUV fleet.

• Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure all safety and aesthetic standards are met.

• Manage vehicle logistics including fueling charging and staging cars for driver pick-up.

• Move cars around the Ops center and transport vehicles to service partners. Drive and handle all cars responsibly to ensure damage prevention.

• Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing batteries or filling up on oil or other fluids.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at our Miamioperations hub.

• Drive off-site to run dealership errands when required

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years of age or older.

• Must have a valid Miami Drivers License.

• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

• Must have a clean driving record and be comfortable moving vehicles in tight spaces.

• Strong attention to detail and a no-task-is-too-small attitude.

• Working knowledge of basic car maintenance would be advantageous but is not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to work irregular business hours including evening hours weekends and holidays.

• Comfortable using mobile apps and web-based tools for fleet tracking.

• Capable of standing walking and bending for extended periods.

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

• Comfortable working in various weather conditions (indoor/outdoor).
