Career Staffing Talent (CST) has partnered with a product-first enterprise SaaS company building mission-critical data and risk solutions used by sophisticated high-volume enterprise clients.

This is a high-impact revenue-driving product role not a backlog manager and not an internal tools PM. Youll own a core product domain shape the roadmap lead pricing decisions and work directly with enterprise customers to drive adoption performance and growth.

What Youll Own

End-to-end ownership of product strategy roadmap and execution

Lead pricing strategy and monetization decisions for your product domain

Build and evolve data-driven / AI-enabled products alongside Engineering & Data Science

Partner directly with enterprise customers to validate use cases and drive product-market fit

Support go-to-market efforts with Sales and Client Delivery teams

Translate business problems into scalable product solutions

Define KPIs track performance and continuously optimize outcomes

Play a key role in platform modernization and product evolution initiatives

What Theyre Looking For

Proven sustained experience in true B2B Enterprise SaaS Product Management (not consumer not internal-tools not service-layer PM environments)

Demonstrated ownership of pricing and packaging decisions on revenue-generating products

Strong user empathy ability to deeply understand enterprise customer pain points and translate them into product outcomes

High analytical rigor structured thinking hypothesis-driven decision making and comfort working through ambiguous product cases end-to-end

Creativity and product vision generates novel approaches not just executes a backlog

Track record of building revenue-generating products (not internal tools)

Strong product mindset someone who sets vision not just executes

Comfortable working closely with Engineering Data Science teams

Experience with data products analytics or AI-enabled solutions

Stable progressive career trajectory with meaningful tenure and clear impact in each role

Strong communication skills client-facing with senior stakeholders

Nice to Have

Fintech credit risk or fraud domain exposure

Experience with machine learning / algorithmic products

Background in platform transformation or modernization efforts
