***This is an Onsite role based out of our Millrock Salt Lake City offices.***
About you:
This is an exciting Operations Coordinator opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the center of a fastpaced collaborative office environment. You will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly supporting brokers and internal teams and delivering a bestinclass experience for clients and colleagues alike.
In this role you will:
- Deliver a professional frontofhouse experience by answering phones greeting clients and visitors and serving as the first point of contact for the office.
- Coordinate conference room logistics including scheduling meeting setup and basic audio/visual support.
- Support daily office operations by managing incoming and outgoing mail monitoring postage and coordinating office services and work orders.
- Partner with brokers and team members to provide administrative support including printing assistance IT ticket followups and supply requests.
- Assist with transactionrelated processes such as commission documentation earnest money deposits and coordination with the Operations & Delivery team.
- Provide backup support for accounts payable and other core administrative functions as required.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support flyer production bios printing and other marketing materials.
- Order and manage office kitchen and catering supplies while tracking inventory through approved systems.
- Develop working knowledge of Colliers platforms and applications completing required training and serving as an internal resource when needed.
What you bring:
- Working experience in a similar role such as Operational support or Administration
- A background in Real Estate will be advantageous
- Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word Excel PowerPoint - Adobe Indesign would be a bonus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience with accounts payable and database management preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
