Job Summary:

Les Stanford Buick GMC is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as aCVR Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for handling all CVR transactions along with other office duties such as dealer trades manufacturer billings and others as needed. Dealership experience preferred. This is a full-time position located in Ferndale Michigan.

Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental vision and 401(k) options. Monday - Friday. No Weekends!

Responsibilities:

• ProcessCVR transactions for each vehicle sale.
• Maintain State paperwork and ensure proper documents are sent out to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with sales department to ensure proper documentation forCVR transactions.
• Process dealer trades and wholesale vehicle transactions.
• Post manufacturer invoices.
• Balancing weekly statement with the manufacturer.
• Other general office duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Dealership experience preferred.
