Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for an 8-week travel assignment in Clifton Springs New York. The ideal candidate will have strong emergency care experience excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Shift Details
- Night Shift 3x12s
- Schedule: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
- Every other weekend required
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to patients with acute and critical conditions
- Perform patient assessments triage and ongoing monitoring
- Administer medications treatments and emergency interventions
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care
- Respond rapidly to emergency situations and changing patient conditions
- Accurately document patient care and treatment plans
- Maintain compliance with hospital safety and emergency care protocols
Requirements
- Active New York RN License required
- Minimum ER nursing experience preferred
- BLS Certification required
- ACLS Certification required
- NIHSS Certification required
- PALS Certification required
- First-time travelers accepted
