Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Full operational control of the security function within the allocated region
- Lead and manage Area Managers ensuring consistent service delivery and discipline
- Drive financial performance: budgets margins cost control cash flow and profitability
- Maintain and enforce ISO SHEQ and security compliance standards
- Build and manage strong client relationships including issue resolution and retention
- Oversee staff performance IR matters succession planning and team development
- Support business growth and implementation of new contracts
